Our Approach

Help Dental was established as an answer for the need for affordable dentistry with emphasis on individual needs of patient. The practice is conveniently situated at 102 Parnell Street close to O’Connel Street right in the heart of Dublin 1. There is no need to worry about overcrowded waiting rooms, each patient has a specific time interval for their visit. Minor and greater interventions are performed with the maximal care and the treated area is under local anesthesia. Thanks to our international experience we can treat patients in English, Polish, Italian, Russian and Albanian.

Dr. Inida Enesi graduated from Wroclaw Medical University in Poland in 2009. She completed a postgraduate internship at the Medical Academy in Wroclaw, Poland. Since then, she has been working in numerous private practices across Poland and Ireland.

She possesses extensive knowledge of general dentistry and keeps up with the latest innovations and developments in modern dentistry. She is passionate about orthodontic treatment using the most advanced technology available, dental prosthetics (porcelain veneers, crowns, and bridges), cosmetic dentistry and she has helped thousands of happy patients achieve their own perfect smile.

Sometimes children also need an orthodontic treatment and Dr. Inida is here to help. At Help Dental we take pride in helping kids not only to maintain good oral hygiene, but also achieve a perfect smile.

Graduated from Poznan University of Medical Sciences in Poland. For over 20 years he has worked in numerous clinics in Poland and Ireland.

He mastered all the common treatments in general dentistry and keeps himself up to date with the latest methods of comprehensive dental treatment. He is particularly passionate about endodontics and prosthetics.
